RCMC Registration
Registration-cum-Membership Certificate from an Export Promotion Council — to access export benefits.
What an RCMC is
A Registration-cum-Membership Certificate (RCMC) is issued by an Export Promotion Council, Commodity Board, or authority, certifying that an exporter is registered with it.
It is required to avail benefits and concessions under the Foreign Trade Policy and to take part in council schemes. An exporter chooses the council relevant to its product line.
