Patent Registration

Protect a novel invention with a patent — search, drafting, filing, and prosecution.

Overview

What patent registration is

A patent protects a new, inventive, and industrially-applicable invention, giving the holder an exclusive right for up to 20 years. The process is technical and procedure-bound — a patentability search, a carefully drafted specification, filing, and prosecution before the Patent Office.

Patent matters are filed and represented by a registered patent agent; the firm coordinates the process, the specification, and the commercial and tax dimensions, working with patent agents and technical experts.
