Copyright Registration

Protect original literary, artistic, musical, software, and creative works.

Overview

What copyright registration is

Copyright protects original creative works — writing, art, music, films, and software. Protection exists automatically on creation, but registration under the Copyright Act, 1957 provides a public record of ownership that is valuable evidence if the work is ever copied or disputed.

The firm handles the copyright application from preparation through to the entry in the Register of Copyrights.
