Change of Directors / KMP

Appoint or change directors and key managerial personnel, with the right consents and ROC filings.

Overview

Changing directors or KMP

Appointing, resigning, or changing a director or a key managerial person (managing director, whole-time director, CFO, or company secretary) requires the right consents and approvals, and notification to the ROC within the prescribed time.

The firm manages the DIN, the consents, the board and members' approvals, and the DIR-12 filing, so the board and the public record stay aligned.
